When the Wind Blows is an experimental stop-motion animation accompanied by the sound of local field recording.
It is an ongoing project exploring ways to capture the physical, intangible forces of the weather, in this case the wind - a characteristic feature of local Suffolk landscapes, where industrial farming since the 1970s necessitates an absence of trees and hedgerows which exacerbates the ferociousness of winds without impediment.
